Last Call (and what to bring) for DECA summer picnic on Saturday

We are a few days away from the picnic and need to finalize a few things. Most importantly, if you have not already done so, please RSVP to Mcbevec@comcast.net. We would hate to run out of food.

Thanks to everyone who volunteered to help out to get things organized and those who have volunteered to help the day or day after the picnic. We still have a few items that need to be covered so please take a look at the list and let me know what you can do.

As in years past DECA will provide burgers, hot dogs, and beverages. Families with names that end in A-L, please bring a side dish and those ending in M-Z please bring a dessert or an appetizer.

In the past, we have tried DECA’s Got Talent. We are hoping to have a DECA Open Mike Night. Anyone interested in participating or organizing it?

And thanks to Mrs. Bushnell for her electricity.

The DECA Summer Picnic is scheduled for July 30th, from 4pm to Dusk. We all have busy lives and it takes a lot to organize and prepare for the picnic. We are asking for your help to make this years picnic a success. We have itemized the tasks that need to be accomplished. If everyone helps out with one or two items on the list, it will make the picnic go considerably smoother. Take a look at the list and let me know what tasks that you can help with.
