Deca Community Day/ Yard Sale

Hello Deca Family,

  We will be doing our 1st ANNUNAL Deca Community Day/ Yard Sale on Saturday May 17th from 9-2.  It will be a flea market style sale with tables for yard sales, hot dogs and drinks for sale, a 50/50 raffle, bake sales and face painting.  It will be all set up on Hillside ( Old Swedesford Road) with the road blocked off and tables lined up along the perimeter and activities in the middle.  This will be a great way to spend some time with your neighbors and make some extra cash at the same time.

  If you would like to participate in the "yard" sale please email AnnMarie Bryan at annmbryan@comcast.net for extra details.  This is great if you only have a few items to get rid of but you can sell as much as you want.  If you need a table we can rent them at Taylor rental for $10.00.  If you are unable to participate ( for health reasons) but still want to get rid of a few things we can help you with that...just gather your items and email for a pickup time and we will collect from your porch to sell for you......just let us know if your are donating or need the items back. 

Contact AnnMarie Bryan at annmbryan@comcast.net  ASAP with your interest in selling so we can get a head count on this...we need participation to make it successful!!!

  We will advertise on Craigs list, the Daily Local news paper and will be posting signs around our intersections ahead of time to get the most potential interest. 

  We will needs lots of volunteers including someone to grill hot dogs, sell food, run lemonade stand a face painter and bakers for the bake sale.  Any $ made from these extras will go directly back to Deca for costs and future use.  Please let us know how you can help. 

 If you cannot participate or volunteer please just come out and have fun.  We hope to have a large crowd.
